I appreciated the seamless transactions to a better rate and a new loan. Great customer service.
Him and his asst were very attentive to all my questions and making sure they communicated with myself and husband.
It took over 90 days to do this refinance, way too long and I had to stay on top asking for status. It was not Ted’s fault as he was the middle man but you have to tell your processors that they can’t take 90 days to complete a refinance.
Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
Ted was great - very fast and efficient. Professional yet personable.
