Edward Bradley was very helpful throughout the process, the process was long. But any emails I sent he responded in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and professional.
So far things have been pretty good
Edward was a beat person to work with.
Easy process
It was a very long process it took way longer than expected sometimes it would be weeks without hearing anything
I was transferred from agent to agent and it took more than 3 months to close a “streamline” loan.
It was a great expereince
It took us 5 months to get this refinanced and we were told 3. There was a crazy amount of paperwork and back and forth with the underwriter that were unnecessary
