It was a smooth transition and everything was explained correctly.
More communication.
The process was thoroughly explained. If I had questions, I was able to speak with Mr. Brady immediately. AWESOME service!

Great service
Ed did great but when it left his hands it seemed like communication broke down. We were told that the VA processing fee would be tacked on to the loan then it wasn’t.
