Working with Mr. Brady was great, it was the underwriter I had a problem with, all the paperwork I had to provide that was a little unnerving. but it all finally resolved itself.
He mainly worked with my husband, we were told that we would have 2 months with no mortgage, then we were told that we would got one month with no mortgage and over $3,000.00 back. So far my husband hasn’t seen the money in our acct. The emails...

Good communication and thorough explanations along the way thru the process. Friendly personnel as far as everyone I encountered.
The process took a lot longer than we expected and we had to sign a lot of redundant forms. Edward Brady and team were awesome, though, and communicated closely with us throughout the process.
