Eddie and Chelsea completed this process "Rapidly". I hoped to be in my new house before Christmas and they made it happen. I can't thank them enough. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

Eddie is completly unprofessional, he will try to hook you by being a nice guy in the begining then wont take your call or will pass you off to his assistan. He lies about cost and manipulates numbers. Worst experience I've ever had . BEWARE...
