Better communication!!!!!!!!! Period. There was lack of communication lack of getting stuff to title company when needed.

I have over 20 plus years of mortgage loan experience. I have extensive knowledge with Conventional, VA, FHA and Rural Home loans, that knowledge and experience in how to structure a loan is the difference between me and other mortgage lenders.
I love working with First time buyers and educating all of my clients on the loan process. I am available to my clients and Realtor partners 7 days a week up till at least 8 pm. I tell everybody there are no dumb questions when your spending this kind of money.
