Doug is my gitr done money man. He offers great rates and makes all financed transactions go smoothly. His rapport with the underwriters is essential. I call him the underwriter whisperer. Id give him 10 stars but they only had 5 available.

Doug worked very well for my customer, communication was good

Doug was responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I also appreciated the pace and speed of the loan application process. Not a lot of back and forth due to clear communication from the beginning which was refeshing in the mortgage world!...

Doug was great, but the concierge experience with Lily Henson was not great. The lead in to speak with Lily sounded great, only to figure out it was actually a trap to be upsold on products we did not want. She was obviously on a heavy commission...

Doug had constant contact with us in a difficult situation. There were a lot of roadblocks and delays based on circumstances with us, and he was patient and understanding. He also helped get us through everything. Much appreciated!
