Doug Barnaclo - First Commonwealth Bank

Doug Barnaclo has a lifetime of experience in banking in mortgage lending, being raised by bankers. Doug entered the workforce with his father’s mortgage company during college, which has led to a career in the mortgage business, holding positions in underwriting and sales. Doug has served on the Greater Cincinnati Board of Realtors, and is a current Board member for the Greater Cincinnati Mortgage Bankers Association where he served prior terms as president in 2019 and 2023. He is an active volunteer for causes focused on affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization and was a recipient of the “Most Outstanding CDC Volunteer” award from the Community Development Corporations Association of Greater Cincinnati.
