Super easy and everyone was so nice.
She answered all my questions quickly and explained them so that I could completely understand.
Donna was clear and communicative theoughout our loan process. She was quick to respond when we had questions and was very helpful in explaining everything to us throughout.
Donna was always upbeat and had a smile on her face. She always had timely answers and information about our loan.
The process went quickly and smoothly, however we did run into a few obstacles that slowed the process down a little. Overall a great experience.
