The loan should have been locked in at 3% when it was with in 30 days of closing. It went to 3.25%
which cost me an extra $10 a month.
Loan application process was very quick with no issues. Donna and her team were responsive and helpful whenever we needed them.
We showed up unannounced couple of times at your office and we were very well treated. All our concerns were addressed and Miss Donna have helped us through the entire process of buying our first home.
