It is not Silverton's fault...there was a frustrating delay with Wells Fargo regarding documentation.
Christine and Taylor are absolute rockstar’s. The customer service was exceptional and they were great to work with. No complaints at all. Very satisfied client.

If a loan officer leaves the company, a courtesy email would be appreciated, explaining and introducing themselves. I only received an email from a random loan officer asking me to sign docs, seemed very suspicious.
