The people
Johnnie was quick to respond to all communications and helped resolved issues promptly. He went beyond his responsibilities, when the processors failed to do their job. If not for him, I would not have closed on the mortgage.

I think the people were great and easy to deal with and responsive. My concern relates to the amount and burdensome paperwork. Also, the closing documents contained errors that should not have occurred.
