I never heard about the results of the appraisal and the Final CD wasn’t sent until hours before the closing.
Christine was very friendly/relatable and responsive. The digitalization process for uploading docs, etc. made things super efficient. I felt that Christine "had our back" throughout the process.
As a broker working in Texas, I was not excited that my client had chosen an out-of-state lender, but Johnnie, Abby and the team did a great job! Well done!
