Communication was not the best and there was alot of last minute information needed. It didn't go as smoothly as expected. After we closed, I had to reach out to Silverton for a credit that was supposed to be credited to my principle.
Was able to accomplish at home via email and electronic drop as well as notary coming to house. Kept us informed throughout the process.
