It was actually working with Dick and Makenzie. Both were very professional and I worked closely with Dick and he quickly responded to any questions I had and a plan to navigate through the loan process
Dick was great but the other individual McKenzie assigned to the loan did not seem very knowl knowledgeable about the process or next steps so we received many urgent requests that we were not prepared for
Dick was very helpful in guiding me through a 'for sale by owner' purchase. I highly recommend him and his team.
I was buying directly from the owner and Dick helped me navigate that process.
