Dick was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the loan process. He was able to save us a lot of money on the loan through keeping his eye out and communication channels open.
Dick was super easy to work with. Always helpful with questions and got right back with me. Really appreciated him & Mckenzie through such a stressful process they made it as easy as possible.
Ruoff has always been friendly, easy to contact with easy to navigate technology.
