On top of hee stuff
This was a reverse mortgage and everyone involved had limited experience on those. Inevitable difficulties did arise but were quickly overcome through Diana's attentive follow through.
Diana and team made process easy for me and they were able to help me accomplish what I needed quickly which I appreciated.
Diana's all around personality and understanding/ caring are what makes her the best. She went above and beyond to make things go smoothly for me and my family.
