Because my original loan officer left the company, Devian took over.
I didnt even now what was going on.
My issues weren’t with Devian I talk to him only once through the Entire process.
Biggest complaint is lack of communication.

VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH
The back office people either needs to be retrained on how to call the customer to let them know when there are items in the customer portal.
Your closing cost are way too high for such a big company.
