It would be beneficial to have a cell phone number to reach the loan officer on days they are out of the office. When sending an email, I shouldn’t have to wait 2-3 days for a response. Although communication wasn’t the best, we had no hiccups...

Rocket mortgage gives a better APR than this AmeriSave, but that alright this timre.
