Having someone present at closing would have been preferred. Communication with Desiree was good but when Sage handled the account I couldn't get ahold of her and ended up having to repeat my correspondence to Desiree to get answers and days...

Everyone involved was very pleasant to work with. There was no hesitation in answering questions and everything was done in a timely manner.
