More communication with mutual client. Just when the date to close arrived underwriting is telling Derick "just a minute" we lots more to do. Derick seemed to be out of touch with his underwriters.
Communication earlier with the closing agency. Ordering of the appraisal, due to the high volume and the low number of appraisers in this area. Appraisers are usually about 4 to 6 weeks out in our area. However, you did work that part out....
