Tina is the only reason they get two stars. The person I spoke with today was condescending, spoke down to me and would not give polite explanations to my questions. VERY WEIRD!!!!! I’m definitely not an important person, so loosing my business...

Despite running in to some obstacles in getting my loan for my new home, the people at Polder Group were always available to answer questions and did a thorough job in making sure I was able to get into my new house.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way. When an issue developed they worked to resolve it with a very positive outcome. Would definitely recommend them.
