Faied to produce an LSU by Day 10. Refused seller requesed LSU. Did not close on time. Buyer was Cured 3 times in the transaction for loan realted issues.

The Polder group was Extremely helpful through the purchase of my 3 investment properties and they were also able to lock in a Heloc. Great service, weekly updates and always available to answer all my questions.
