Everyone at the office was helpful and always willing to answer all of my questions.
My loan went off for the most part pretty smooth. Electronic signing, and was great, but sometimes the forwarding of documents became a little confusing, but it made the job go much smoother and faster, as it worked around our time frame.
The Derrick Polder group made getting a loan super easy and were very helpful with any questions I had regarding the loan process
