The fact that our loan officer quit on us without giving us notice and The Polder Group took us in and handled everything in a timely manner.
This company was the worst experience we have ever had trying to purchase a home. They have no integrity and handled our home purchase very poorly. We were charged fees they ordered in error. They agreed to refund the fees and are now refusing...
