the process was fairly simple

Communication was not prompt and I was constantly the one reaching out. The refi process took almost 4 months. I am not sure if the pandemic caused delay but I was over all happy of the interest rate I was able to get.

Working with Derrick and his Team made it easy to do business. They communicated every aspect of the transaction, very helpful and did everything to help the transaction along.

These people made our families dream come true! We now are in our forever home and we couldn’t be happier with how hard this group worked to make it happen.

communication was terrible. could not get support on the phone, all calls went to VM, was promptly responded to via email, but never returned via phone, so questions were never or rarely answered.

This was a tough transaction with multiple layers on a multi-unit residential property and Derrick made sure to fill in the gaps wherever and whenever needed. He kept the process moving forward and the client happy!!
