The people were very helpful and someone was always available to assist.
Loan terms were good, processing was pretty smooth. I did not appreciate being told, at the very last minute, that funding would be held up unless a last document (paystub) was received. Other than that, everything was good.
Tabitha and the whole Polder Group where great to work with. They made the whole house buying process easy and simple.
Help with the computer end of whole process., since we had trouble with that.
