Everyone was so easy to work with, they were empathetic regarding this being my first experience, very professional,prompt, and had attention to detail.
1. Had to do quite a bit of follow up.
2. Change of loan Officer was not communicated
3. Final document requested, when it was already send in prior emails.
Summit Funding was great. Timeliness was ok however that was mostly due to the Title Company which was my choice.
