Jennifer Rebar was outstanding. She answers her phone or she returns calls and e mails promptly.
For the most part the experience was good. But there was a lack of communication with some of the escrows and the signing of the closing documents. Our calls were always returned in a timely manner and everyone was good, otherwise.
Everyone that I have dealt with at the Polder Group has been friendly, knowledgeable, and follows through on what they promise.
Excellent and experienced staff that really knew what they were doing. The entire process I felt that I was in good hands and the quickness of the team blew me away. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!
