I had someone talking with me about the process and helping with the paperwork. I also was given information about my insurance and how I could receive better coverage at a better cost.

GREAT COMMUNICATION BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL, PLEASANT, POLITE, AND HONEST. THE DOCUMENTATION WAS EASY THROUGH THE INTERNET AND THE NOTARY WAS WONDERFUL.

Fun to work with

Very easy to work with , always kept us informed and promptly returned our phone calls when we had questions.

Other loan companies turned us down after somehow gaining approval for a new house build; even the company who initial approved the build. Derrick and his team came through with a "rescue" loan which secured my house.

Your team of Leah Variano and Stormi were awesome in navigating the refi. They were responsive and answered all questions asked the same day.
