Easy to work with

Everyone was very professional, efficient, friendly, and caring.

Communication was lacking, seemed there was a different person that reached out every time, no one seemed to be talking to each other, and loan documents were barely to Title in time to close, and the closing was delayed.

I expressed how I felt during the process. Tony was great & Derrick's help at the end was great as well but the overall experience was not good

I didn't like working with the 3rd party for the closing. They tried getting more money for their mistake. I will say that your team was on the ball with telling them that you would not tolerate their actions. But my anxiety went through the...
