I’m not in the financing space but have purchased a home and something I’ve noticed is Derek Harjes successful close rate! He is closing loans faster and more efficient than anyone I’ve ever (personally) seen.
Derek was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable and got us a great rate for our loan.
