Derek made the process very smooth and easy.
Derek was great and very knowledgeable making the whole mortgage process flow very smoothly. I would highly recommend him, he even showed up at the closing that was a first for me and I've been through quite a few.
It was a hard process but it worked out alright.
Derek kept me in the loop with all the changes to my application. Answered all questions was easily contacted. Overall experience was great.
