Derek kept me informed of the process and was quick to respond and provide me with any information I needed. As a first time home buyer I felt confident that I was in good hands and not being lead astray.
Excellent communication and rapid processing.
All communication was quick and painless. We understood the steps and what to expect next during the entire processs. I have heard about and seen bed/stressful experiences with lenders, but you guys made it completely stress free.
