Communication was not very personable at all. Derek never bothered to introduce himself. Just started emailing with requests for information. Made me wonder who is this guy. There was never a follow up upon receipt of information i submitted....

I never spoke to Derek. I think he was covering for another employee, but he did not explain this or introduce himself. In the middle of our process he started emailing information. It was okay, but somewhat confusing.
