It was a good experience . It's ok to receive less than a 10 rating. I would recommend you to others to be sure. My suggestion for receiving a 10 would be to step up communications with call backs. Fewer emails and more of a personal touch....

There were too many requirements.
Closed on time and no surprises. The prosperity team did a great job of navigating all of the underwriting requirements
The darn email business was a bit too cute. I would've preferred talking with someone who could warn me and give me hints on how to comply with the exhaustive instructions.
