After the loan funded, I had no communication from anyone. No idea on how to track checks being sent, no email confirmation of funds wired. 6 hours of phone calls that went to voicemail or answered by people who said they couldn't help me....

Despite communicating that I had a hardest limit for closing cost, and interest rate, continued to receive dozens of calls with higher quotes.
