My overall experience was really good, the people were very nice, they were just a little slow at getting the job done, I expected it to be quicker than it was, but other than that the people are very very nice, and I would recommend them

Called Denise on a Tuesday to refinance our home, got a great rate and closed on the loan the following Wednesday. Very happy with her and everyone we dealt with. Quick and painless. Would definitely do business with them again.

The only issue I had was that the underwriters did not seem to understand that asking one at a time for information is very disruptive. The only advantage was the high quality of Lynette's and Denise's work.
