    Straight-forward process. Understood what was needed. Didn't have to resend documentation. Email response was satisfactory considering the lending climate.

    I ask a lot of questions and Denise took the time to answer all of them clearly and was very patient with us. We also had a lot of documentation to provide with our accounts and she was very helpful and patient getting us through that as well....

    Replaying emails sooner will be better. I usually have to wait for few days for a response. I was contacted by several people from Silverton so I am not sure who should I reach out to. It would be better just one or two people contacting me....
