    Communication was lacking. Questions were often overlooked or not replied to via email. I often had to send multiple follow up emails regarding questions we had. We are overall happy with our loan, but our experience was frustrating.

    I had a lot of difficulty connecting with the mortgage originator. It took at least 24 hours pretty much every time that I wanted to talk to her, and often times longer. I would leave voicemails and send emails, and sometimes multiple voicemails...
