We were given plenty of information to make an informed decision about what we wanted or did not. We also liked the rate lock in option. Communication was great when we had questions!

Moving from out of state, transissioning jobs, and buying/building a home each on there own is very stressful. We did all of it at once and Denise and the team at Silverton mortgage helped make the home building part a little less stressful....
