Operations had our closing date incorrect and they didn’t inform us until 4:15 pm the night prior.
Poor communication
Communication with both the client and myself as their Realtor
Denise is so professional, kind, and helpful throughout the process.

Everything went really smooth. Being a first time homebuyer I didn’t really know what to expect, but everybody working on the mortgage and the house were so kind and made the process so easy
