I was given poor advice about what route to take and then flat out lied to about down payment amounts. Denise would have excuses constantly to not take my calls. And she would blame EVERYONE else any time something changed from what we originally...

Communication between loan originator and loan assistant/underwriting AND communication between appraisal and title company was POOR. Customer was told to paint certain areas by loan assistant and then spots were missed which caused customer...

Denise was able to go over and beyond to make this all possible for me and babies. She work so hard to make sure it was smooth and easy as possible.
