Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. Always one step ahead if anything was needed. Also they always either answered their phone or emailed me in a timely fashion when I had questions with the process.
The process was faster than normal. When I had questions, they were quickly responded to and answered. All the people I dealt with were polite and professional. I would absolutely use PRMI again and I highly recommend this organization.
