Deano was very easy to get a hold of. He worked with the buyer who had a few challenges of their own. Very knowledgeable and had everything done early.
Deano went out of his way to find options for us to cover the gap for an assumable mortgage. He then got us a great rate and discount on closing costs. He was easy to reach and communicate with throughout the application process.
