Deanne and Paula were very helpful however clearing to close at 5pm the night before closing at 9am was extremely stressful. I understand and do not blame the loan officers. However I would not recommend Brightland.
Deanne was so responsive and her expertise helped with all questions or topics, even ones that weren’t directly lending
Process was easy and communication was excellent.
