Not Having to send repeated paperwork after it's already been recieved Better communication by phone more than email

We had not moved in several years and was totally unaware of the whole process. Denise called us immediately after talking to the realtor and walked us thru every step. She made it very easy and we totally appreciated it.

It was quicker then I realized . Even tho th3 process wasn't as smoothly we did it and denise was very helpful.
