Dawn was wonderful to work with! She went out of her way to ensure we could close on time.
Dawn was quick to setup and organize communication with us, her and her team got the ball rolling quickly and efficiently for the loan application and other home buying needs.
Dawn did a great job. We got a great rate, no problems and were informed throughout the entire process. Since we lived out of state there was a lot of emails going back and forth. We closed on time and are very happy in our new home!

Unfortunately when I asked specific questions about "Owners title insurance" I was misinformed. I was told that the seller paid it. As it turned out in Sarasota county the buyer pays. Gwin apologized for not knowing the procedure for Sarasota...
