Dawn is a true professional that ALWAYS responds and gets the job done!
Good customer service.
Dawn was excellent about communication even after hours. She listened to my situation and offered some advice that I was unaware of even though I had previously bought and sold many homes.

Very prompt, answered all my questions, excellent attitude.
When Dawn spoke to me and understood my intentions for the loan were not standard she offered up great advice on the best way to minimize the payment. I didn't even know you could sell points!
