Everything was very thorough if not excessive, but apparently that is the way it is done these days.
People were great but the whole process seems broken. Every time I thought I was “done”, a new requirement surfaced and sent me for another 3-4 hour search for documents. This happened up until less than 24 hours before closing.
David and his team was a pleasure to work with during the loan process. They made time to explain the documents and work diligently to get our loan approved with a tight deadline. Thanks for working with us!
